Jarrid McLaughlin scored to cut the lead to 61-57 and on the next RP possession Eric Vaughn mailed his 3rd three pointer of the period to cut the lead to 61-60.

Cloverdale scored on its next possession to make the score 63-60 with 22 seconds to play.

After a time out, the Panthers Josh Wilson made a three pointer from the corner to tie the game for the first time with 10 seconds to play.

A Cloverdale turnover gave the ball back to the Panthers with 4.5 seconds to play.

RP in bounded the ball again to Wilson who dribbled to the top of the key and buried a 3 pointer as the horn sounded to give new head coach Monty Kirk his first victory.
